Within 48 hours of your enquiry, a senior engineer is on your site. We measure access, soil conditions, neighbouring structures and operational constraints — then put the brief in writing so everyone agrees on what's being built before any drafting begins.
We translate the brief into structural massing — usually 3 to 4 schemes. Clear span versus column grid, eave height versus crane lift, single-bay versus multi-bay. We bring back drawings you can mark up with a pencil, not slide decks you have to politely sit through.
Once the scheme is frozen, we take you inside the building before any steel is rolled. Lumion and Twinmotion renders show envelope, structure, crane access and circulation. Walkthrough VR available on request for projects above 30,000 sq.ft.
STAAD analysis, Tekla detailing, connection design, embed schedules, BBS. Every drawing is reviewed by a senior engineer before release — no fresh-out-of-college BIM pushed to the fabricator on a Friday evening.
In-house fabrication across two bays — soon three. Calibrated welding, MPI on critical joints, batch traceability from coil to finished member. We don't sub primary structurals. The people fabricating your steel sit fifty metres from the people who designed it.
