Started as a 4-person engineering and detailing shop in Paduvanchery, Chennai. First project: a 14,000 sq.ft warehouse PEB for a Tirupur textile client.
Expanded scope to include civil, HVAC and electrical. First fully turnkey project — a 22,000 sq.ft component manufacturing block — handed over on schedule despite the lockdown.
Diversified into aviation hangars and food cold-storage. Crossed 30 delivered projects, 800,000 sq.ft cumulative.
Integrated management system certified. Rolled out HSEC-by-default across all live sites and the full engineering pipeline.
48,000 sq.ft component manufacturing block — currently the largest live PEB-with-civil project on the books.
And counting. Three regional offices: Chennai, Coimbatore and Hosur. Two new bays added to the fabrication shop.

24 years across structural design and turnkey delivery. Alumnus of CEG, Anna University. Spent the early years on bridge and crane-rail projects before founding Marvis in 2018.

PhD in structural engineering. Leads design validation, third-party audits and detail engineering. Sits in on every IFC drawing release.
