You'll spend real time on real sites. Every senior engineer we have is on a site at least once a fortnight — that's not a perk, that's the way the studio works.
You'll own a project end to end. From the brief and the BOQ through detail engineering and into snag closure. We don't have eight-layer hierarchies — most decisions happen between the engineer, the PM and a director.
You'll learn a lot, fast. Our project mix means you'll see PEB, conventional steel, civil, MEP and HVAC inside your first year. The people who like that learn faster than they expected.
We pay fairly and on time. We sign reasonable hours. We don't run a death-march schedule and call it "ownership".
Six things we do differently. Everything else — leave, ESI, PF, gratuity — is statutory and on time.
Per-diems that make sense. Hotel-class travel, not bus-stop travel. We'd rather you arrive rested.

Once you cross 18 months, you're in the bonus pool. We publish the formula — no surprises at year-end.
